It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Horton of Karnak, Illinois, born in Uniontown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Melvin Anthony Horton; his parents, Green Horton and Alberta Rager Horton; and his brothers, Harrison Horton and Herbert Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda June Kidd Horton of Karnak; and his son Doug Horton of Karnak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
