She is survived by: her husband Danny Carter; her children, Jonathan Carter (Melissa) of Paducah, Kentucky and Sarah Carter of Karnak, Illinois; her stepchildren, Robbie Carter of Dayton, Ohio and Julie Brooks of Dayton, Ohio; her siblings, Rebecca Jones of Wingo, Kentucky, Richie and Kevin Taylor of Paducah, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Pearl, Khloe Pearl and Liam Alexander.
