He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ruud (Eric) of Normal, Illinois and Scott Temke (Dawn Marie) of Mayfield, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Gerald Temke, Andrew Temke, Chris Ruud and Caity Ruud; his great grandchildren, Chloe Faith, Allie Marie and Dawson Wayne Temke; and his siblings, George, Leonard Temke and Patricia Hudgens.
