With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Barnett of Karnak, Illinois, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Barnett and Lillian Schneider Barnett; his brother Robert Barnett; and his son Edward Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Miller Barnett; his son Jerry Barnett (Melanie) of Karnak; his siblings, Norma Travis of Arkansas, Kathy Gill of Arkansas and Ron Barnett (Susan) of Carterville; his grandchildren, Joey Barnett (Maggie) of Metropolis and Casey Crowell (Patrick) of Paducah; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Brandon and Brooks.
