We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, at the age of 96, Alice Mae Mathis of Karnak, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spindler and Lula Spindler; her husband George Mathis of Cypress; and her brothers, Leo and David Spindler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Nekorchuk (Russell) of Gainesville and Denise Boroviac of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Dawn Nekorchuk of Seattle and Michael Nekorchuk (Kat) of Beaverton, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Neil Busman-Sahay of Beaverton and Marie Nekorchuk of Beaverton, Oregon; and her caregivers, Dorothy Little, Elaine Wright and Jeff Jordan.
