With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa L. Adkins of Kappa, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Phelps and Lila Lough (Cletus Levier). She is survived by: her daughters, Stevie, Stephanie, Brittany, Kayla, Tanya, Samantha, Shawntae and Michelle; and her siblings, Terry, Joyce, Annette and Beverly. She is also survived by seven grandsons; nine granddaughters; one great-grandchild.
