She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Scales and LeAnn Scales (Wells); and her brother Bobby. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Noel; her children, Laura Noel-Lowe (Kevin) of West Peoria and Michael Anthony Noel of Peoria; and her siblings, Crow Scales (Cathy) of West Peoria, Ron Scales (Lisa) of Peoria, David Scales of Peoria, Kathy Brown of Colchester and Coalette.
Guidelines regarding social distancing and wearing of masks will be required.
