Jane Nichols Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Nichols (Kansas, Illinois), who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Arterburn and Lola Beatrice Arterburn (Fitzpatrick); her son Bill Nichols; her sisters, Edith Duffy and Mary Ellen Lauher; and her nieces, Linda Coffey and Deanna Fleischman.

She is survived by: her husband Forrest Eugene Nichols; her son John Nichols (Sharon); her grandchildren, Dustin Nichols (Shannon) and Chelsey Shafer (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Peyton Nichols of Kansas, Foryst of Kansas and Waylon Shafer of Kansas; and her nieces and nephews, Jim Lauher (Marianne), Marilyn Coartney (Larry), Cindy Borup (Rick) and Camille Peiring (Fred).
