He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edward and Lelia Penrod (Stoneburger); and his sister Sharon Joyce Bratton. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Marie Vine; his children, Teresa Jayne Nichols (Allen) of Lilbourn and Paul Wesley Penrod (Emily) of Martinsville, Illinois; and his granddaughters, Grace Jean Penrod and Hannah Elizabeth Penrod.
