With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Kaplon of Kansas, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kaplon and Gladys Kaplon Hall (Buckler); his brothers, Bill and Ron Davis; and his niece Tina Hardesty.

He is survived by: his brother Bruce Kaplon (Lynn) of Hebron, Indiana; his nephew Gene Davis (Jeri) of Hebron; and his niece Teresa Davis of Whitehall, Michigan..

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Edgar County Humane Association.
