He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lucas and Elda M. Lucas (Henry); his daughter LaDonna Lucas; and his sisters, Betty Ripple and Donna Graham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donetta "Niki" Gann (Darrell) of Toledo and Cassandra "Casey" Simpson (Ralph) of Chrisman, Illinois; his sister Marie Lucas of Danville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Isac, Garth, Paige Gann, Jasper and Ainsley Simpson; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Bentley Gann.
