He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie Deloris Anderson; his parents, Alphonso Glenn and Elizabeth Bell Glenn; and his siblings, Quillor, Alex Glenn, Annie Ruth Robinson and Lela Mae Averhart.

He is survived by: his children, Erick Glenn (Bridgitte), Michael Glenn, Durrell Glenn, Cathy Winston (Samuel), Patricia Winston (Richard) and Donna Winston (James); and his siblings, Christine Gibbs and James Glenn (Ruth). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
