He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Scroggins and Mary Clark Scroggins; and his sister Mary Dolores Scroggins Goudreau. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Scroggins of Kankakee; his children, Christopher Scroggins of Lisle, Jay Scroggins of Tillamook, OR, Julie (Brett Bennett) and Cassandra Scroggins of Chicago; his grandchildren, Jack William Bennett and Abbey Rose Bennett; and his sister Betty Benoit of Edina, MN.. He is also survived by his wife, kids, family, friends, and two grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date when it is safe to gather.
