He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Price-Bell; his siblings, Frederick Bell of Kankakee, Illinois and Sandra Bell Sowell (Robert) of Kankakee, Illinois; and his daughters, Denay Malone of Portland and Shulunda Bell of Kankakee, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
