He is survived by: his brother Armand Deblouwe (Susan Hivley) of Savoy; his close friend Lorna Suprenant of Momence; his niece Allison Studt (Drew) of Chicago; and his nephew Colin Deblouwe (Sydney Craft) of Monticello.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
