He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Clark and Juanita Clark (Remers); and his son Jason Clark. He is survived by: his wife Joann Clark of Kankakee; his daughter Trina; his son-in-law Eric Mifflin of Bourbonnais; and his siblings, Linda Kilpatrick of Bourbonnais and Bob Clark of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
