He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Pfeiffer and Gertrude Schneider Pfeiffer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pfeiffer of Kankakee; his daughters, Katherine A. Pfeiffer (Steven Fuerniss) of Macon and Teresa L. Pfeiffer of Bourbonnais; his brother Ronald Pfeiffer (Betsy); his granddaughter Emilie Anne "Dolly" Pfeiffer (Jhonatan Marte) of Chicago; his close friend Ralph Bowen of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his pet Barney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
