He is survived by: his wife Cindy Purnell of Kankakee, IL.; and his siblings, Russell Purnell Sr. (Kristie) of Coolidge, AZ and Roberta Salyers of St. Anne, IL.. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
