He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Benoit and Viola Berns Benoit; his wife Lana Benoit of Kankakee; his sons-in-law, Jennifer, John Gray of Ashkum, Emily and Nicholas Conti of Des Plaines; his grandchildren, Ellie Gray and Henry Conti; his siblings-in-law, Madonna Benoit of Bradley, Dennis, Cathie Benoit of Grand Rapids, MI, Darrell, Melody Benoit of Bourbonnais, Jim, Susan Hamilton of Arlington, VA, Bill and Judy Hamilton of Manteno; and also, Dorene and Bill Mohler of Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or River Valley Special Recreation.
