It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard L. Russell (Kankakee, Illinois), who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth "Bud" Russell and Stella Russell (Butcher); and his brother David Russell. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Michelle Stiles (Patrick) of Bradley, IL and Melinda Downs (Jaime) of Limestone, IL; his grandsons, Arlo and Ellis; his siblings, Donald Russell, Johnny Russell (Cheryl) of Kankakee, IL and Lana Russell of Wayne City, IL; and his sister-in-law Karen Russell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nephews and nieces.
