He is survived by: his wife Karen Campbell of Kankakee; his daughter Elizabeth Bolduc (Roger) of New Hampshire; his stepdaughters, Diane Lincoln (Craig) of Morris and Stacey Reynolds (Jack) of Kankakee; and his siblings-in-law, John Evans (Barbara) of Kankakee and Pamela Persson of Kankakee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
