Rebecca Belcher-Rankin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Belcher-Rankin of Kankakee, Illinois, born in Winchester, Indiana, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl J. Harshman and Elizabeth M. Harshman (Hartman); and her siblings, William Harshman and Judith I. Odom (Harshman). She is survived by: her husband Jim Rankin of Kankakee; her sons, Jonathan Belcher (Carrie Boone) of Louisville, KY, David Belcher (Jodi Anglin) of Durham, NC and Geoffrey Belcher of Kankakee; her stepdaughters, Jenna Dersien (Brett) of St. Anne and Jill Betts (Nate) of Vienna; and her sister Ramona Hollinger (Harshman) of Union City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
