With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Joy Harmon of Kankakee, Illinois, born in Warsaw, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Passamonte and Phyllis Joy Passamonte (Sadaro); her husband Lloyd Harmon; her brothers, Charles Passamonte and Joseph Passamonte; her son Daniel Harmon; and her grandson Dylan Harmon.
She is survived by: her children, David Harmon (Beth) of Kankakee, Dennis Harmon of Kankakee, Randy Harmon of Texas, Lisa Fedyschyn of South Carolina and Holly Spry of West Virginia; her sister-in-law Judy Passamonte of Pennsylvania; her goddaughter Pam Lawrence; and her close friends, Diana Snejberg, Rebecca Smithson, Janice and Jack Tomblin. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
