He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hodak and Marilyn Hodak (Yonke) of Kankakee, Illinois.; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sue Gianotti; his children, Katherine "Katie" Bean (Doug) of Kankakee and John Hodak (Sara) of Brookfield; his grandchildren, Adelyn, Beau Bean, Lucas and Ethan Hodak; and his brothers, Larry Hodak (Chris) of Chicago, IL, Mark Hodak (Paula) of Kankakee, IL, Bruce Hodak (Paula) of Lexington, NC and Doug Hodak (Katie) of Darien, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family, thoughtful, supportive friends.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, a private family Mass will be celebrated.
Memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Church, Bishop McNamara Catholic School or Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
