He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernell Sr. Scroggins and Arlene Scroggins (Chamberlin); his wife Mary C. Scroggins of Kankakee; his children, Brandon Paul Scroggins (Tara) of Bourbonnais, Justin Scroggins of Chicago, Ashley Myers (Darion Sanders) of Bradley and MacKenzie Myers of Kankakee; and his sister Roberta.
