It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Chism (Kankakee, Illinois), who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Terrance Chism; and his grandparents, Teresa Coleman, Pearl Sanders and L. C. Sanders. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Chism of Alsip, IL and Minnie Goss Chism of Kankakee, IL; his daughters, Hailey Chism of Merrillville, IN, Kayla Chism of Kankakee, IL and Aubrey Gordon of Kankakee, IL; his sisters, Angela McCraney of Texas, Patrice Goss of Kankakee, IL and Clarice Chism of Nashville, TN; and his close friend Tayzhanna Speed. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
