It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Bundy of Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. "Peanut" Bundy and Golda A. Whitaker; her close friend Nelson Santiago; her daughter Christina Bundy; her niece Amanda; her uncle Bill Whitaker; her aunts, Louise Gutierrez, Ruth Menard, Edith O'Connor and Clara Belle Crawford; and her cousins, Donald and Patty Crawford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ana Carey (Greg) of Chandler, AZ and Leticia Johnson (Kristopher); her siblings, Dawn Scritchlow (Lee) of Muskegon, MI and Jerry Whitaker (Jenn) of Kankakee; her grandchildren, Caylee Carey, Haiden Torchia and Logan Johnson; her nieces and nephews, Shelby, CJ, Tony, Caitlin, Ashlee and Lizzie; and her friend Mary Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
