She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Ira Stevenson of Kankakee; her children, Joye Ira Armstrong (Kevin) of Kankakee, James Omari Stevenson (Shanika C.), Khalilah Kesi Stevenson (Johnny) of Kankakee and Larnscie Philipe Stevenson (Seneca C.) of Bradley, Illinois; her stepchildren, Terrence A. Timms (Wakena) of Tucker, Georgia, Felicia A Guimont (Darryl) of Dallas, Texas, Shonda E. DeVerteuil (Kerryn) of Jackson, Mississippi and SeKayi D. Baptist (Erica) of Bourbonnais, Illinois; her siblings, Dora E. Simington, Mary E. Jones, Erion Bailey, Phyllis A. Simington of Pembroke Township, Illinois and Gerald Frazier of Crystal Lake, Illinois; her siblings-in-law, Kathryn Cook of Atlanta, Georgia and Larnscie Stevenson of St. Paul, Minnesota; her godchildren, Doria L. Sextion of Kankakee and Seth Whalum of Joliet, Illinois; and her close friends, Myrna Brady of Richton Park and Donna Trost of Kankakee, Illinois. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
