It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mara J. Bires-Schneider of Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sr. Bires and Joy Arlene Bires (Ostrowski); and her brothers, Edward Jr. and Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Schneider of Kankakee; her sisters, Michele Bires-Brooks (Ronald) of Watseka and Tana Naas of Las Vegas; her nieces and nephews, Cary DeLeo, Michael Naas, Brian Naas, Eric Naas, Tiffany Bires and Sara Bires; and her great-nieces, Denica, Makayla and Emmy.
