She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Dyer. She is survived by: her father Stephen Embree (Lori) of Bradley; her husband Chas Rivard of Kankakee; her stepchildren, Adam Rivard (Kelly) of Kankakee and Olivia Rivard (Jordan Sarr) of Florida; her siblings, Christine Altmyer-Conroy (Jeff) of Bourbonnais, David Altmyer (Brandi) of Utah, Denise Altmyer (Jack), Michelle Berg (Randy) of Bourbonnais and Cindy Altmyer-Elder of Florida; and her grandchildren, Alex Rivard and AJ Sarr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
