She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Cochran and Annie Swan Cochran; her husband Clyde Pankey Jr.; and her grandchildren, Brandon Pankey and Dioandra Shepherd.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Shepherd (Elder Lawrence) of Bourbonnais and Kenneth Pankey Sr. (Patricia) of Richmond; her brother Postelle Cochran (Dorothy) of Peru, Indiana; her daughters-in-law, Valerie Pankey and Marlene Pankey; and her close friends, Cynthia Leggett and Nicky Yates. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
