Rowe of Toledo, Ohio.; her niece Arlene Fell (Vincent) of Toledo; and her friend Edna Parnell of Kankakee, Illinois..

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (1605 E North St, Bradley, IL 60915). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
