She is survived by: her husband Melvin Shepherd; her daughter Alberta Shepherd; her grandchildren, James and Demarco; her children, Lamont, Todd and Tuana; her grandson Brandon Maiden; her great grandchild Kyree Maiden of Kankakee, Illinois.; and her siblings, Mattie Jordan (Sylvester) of Columbus, MS, Chars Virgil (Wayne) of Ellenwood, Thomas Morgan (Lula) of Columbus, James Morgan (Robin) of Columbus, Billy Morgan of Columbus and Irene King. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
