He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Tetrick and Margaret Tetrick (Way); his wife Linda; and his brothers, James, Harold Jr., William and Glenn.
He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Easley (Dave) of Ocala, Florida; and his grandchildren, Patrick Tetrick (Samantha), Timothy Juricic and Samantha Easley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
