He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Wesley Jewell; his siblings, Ray Jewell, Lowell Herman Jewell, Lois Taylor and Alberta Jewell; his stepsister Darlene Durham; and his great grandchild Luke Childs.
He is survived by: his parent Lillie Mae Jewell (Dewese); his wife Marjorie Jewell (Wilson); and his sons, David (Rosetta) of Bradley, Kenneth (Linda) of Gwynneville, Paul (Trudy) of Ripon and John (Cynthia) of Ripon. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
