He is survived by: his wife Carcynthia Allen; his children, Keith Bender of Kankakee, IL, Kevin Allen of Kankakee, IL, Katoria Allen of Kankakee, IL, Kiara Allen of Kankakee, IL, Joya Adams of Kankakee, IL and India Collins of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Lindsey Allen (Cecilia) of Decatur, GA, Sam Allen of Carlsbad, NM, Wonnell Allen (Gloria) of Richmond, VA, Victor Allen (Mary) of Kankakee, IL, Kevin Allen of Roswell, NM, Tyrone Newman (Felicia) of Terry, Chanjobie Allen (Melissa) of Chandler, AZ, Theresa Pollard of Glendale, AZ and Karen Williams of Phoenix, AZ; his uncle Frank Baggett of Indianapolis, IN; his in-laws, Ricky Lee of Decatur, IL and Dennis Lee of Chicago, IL; his nieces, Katrina Allen of Kankakee, IL and April Allen of Kankakee, IL; his close friends, Jimmie Smith, Perry Wright, Earl Corbett and John Dunlap; and his grandchildren, Camryn, Andre, Phillip, Khiyeir, Malini, Ke'Arri, Ke'Mani, Khloe, Khali, Kree, Elijah and Adonis.
