She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton "Bud" Hammond and Stella B. Hammond (Ulbert); and her brother Steven Hammond. She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Andersen of Kankakee; her son Scott D. (Jamie Fortin); her sister-in-law Carol Hammond of Romeoville; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Lauren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
