She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Consolato and Angelina Consolato (Spatafora); her husband John Hendricks; and her siblings, James Consolato, Rose DiPietra and Katie Bella.
She is survived by: her daughter Lana Hendricks; her son-in-law Don Shear of The Villages, FL; her granddaughters, Melissa McKinstry and Tiffany Erickson (Lucas); and her great grandchildren, Matty, Meg and Josie.
