She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bland and Marion Bland (Shaffer); and her brothers, James Bland and Richard Bland. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Loica of Kankakee; her daughters, Laura Loica (Griffin Kisner) of Dwight, Janet Loica of Winfield and Lana Lewis (Tony) of Kennewick, WA; and her grandsons, Lucas Loica Kisner and Andrew Lewis.
