We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 78, Joanne Loica of Kankakee, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joanne Loica to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bland and Marion Bland (Shaffer); and her brothers, James Bland and Richard Bland. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Loica of Kankakee; her daughters, Laura Loica (Griffin Kisner) of Dwight, Janet Loica of Winfield and Lana Lewis (Tony) of Kennewick, WA; and her grandsons, Lucas Loica Kisner and Andrew Lewis.

Memorials may be made to the Kankakee County Humane Foundation.
