It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan R. Cinnamon of Kankakee, Illinois, born in Savanna, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Peterson and Mildred Peterson (Shaw); her husband Ollie Cinnamon; and her siblings, Larry Peterson and Carol Sue Bielema.

She is survived by: her children, Eric (Diane Cinnamon), Shan (Andrea Cinnamon) and Lisa Cinnamon of Fairplay, CO; her sister Janis Martin of Hustler, WI; and her grandchildren, Dennis Parks, Gabrielle Cinnamon, Maxwell Cinnamon, Alexis Cinnamon and Wyatt Langlois. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
