She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Arthur and Marcella Eva Blanchette (Dionne); her husband Richard Schmalz; her son Greg Flowers; her sister Patricia Littrell (Jack); and her pet Spooner.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Flowers (Laura), Lana Boswell (Jim) and Stacy Mook; her siblings, Carolyn Balthazor (Jerry), Trudy Stuckey (Mark), Nancy Anderson (Dennis), Julie Glynn (Mike) and Dale Blanchette (Betty); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Erinn, Stephanie, Sydni, Jeramie, Drew and James; her great grandchildren, Trent, Hayden, Jeramie and Demi; and her close friends, Jerry Flowers, Mike Pitts, Vicki Sain and Rose Smith.
