She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Keeler and Novelle Keeler (Leonard); her husband Robert "Bobbie" H. Yactzak; and her grandsons, Zachary, Nicholas Yactzak, Dennis and Christopher Memenga.

She is survived by: her children, Martin Yactzak of Mississippi, Susan (Butch Hubert), Joseph Yactzak of Florida and Terry (Diane Yactzak). She is also survived by twelve grandkids.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Disabled American Veterans.
