He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Maxwell and Delores Maxwell (Nunes); and his stepbrother Mike Rogers. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Maxwell (Debbie) of Dallas and Roxanne Maxwell of San Diego, California; and his stepbrothers, Tim Rogers (Vicki) of Brooklyn, Mark Rogers of Manteno and Nick Perusky.
