He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Theresa Cooper, Edward and Dorothy Winkel; and his nephews, Dustin and Alan Luedtke.

He is survived by: his parents, Norman Cooper and Lois Cooper (Winkel) of St. Anne; his siblings, Julie (Brian Luedtke) and Jeff (Patty Cooper); his nephews, Shaun, Trevor Luedtke and Grant Cooper; and his niece Rebecca.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Uplifted Care.
