He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louis, Robert, Joseph, Nancy and Cleo.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bernicky of Limestone; his sons, Scott (Terri Bernicky), Marc (Dana Bernicky) and Todd Bernicky (Kacey Schultz) of Kankakee; his sister Ann Frederickson; his sisters-in-law, Joan Bernicky of Frankfort and Pat Bernicky of Joliet; his grandchildren, Ashley, Autumn, Courtney, Tyler M., Bailey, Corvin and Tyler S.; and his great grandchild Grayson.
