We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2024, at the age of 86, George H. Berg Jr. of Kankakee, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George H. Berg Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Sr. Berg and Anna Berg (Carr); his sisters, Edna Wekowski and Mary Ann Davidson; and his grandson Andrew Poremba.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Berg of Kankakee; his children, Michael (Lisa Berg), Steven (Dana Berg) and Ronda; his son-in-law Mitch Stevens of Kankakee; his sisters, Janet Legg of Jacksonville and Joan Clyborn; and his grandchildren, Michael Stevens (Jennifer), Andrew Stevens, Nicholas Berg, Alison Berg, Sarah Berg, Douglas Cullens, Emily Poremba and Miquela Hutchins. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Bishop McNamara Catholic School, Bradley site.
