He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Miller and Sadie Miller (Melton); and his sister Corrine Miller. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Maxfield; his children, LeeAnn Campaniello (John) of Valparaiso and Ryan Miller of Minneapolis, MN; his grandsons, Kyle and Matthew Campaniello; and his sisters, Elouise Hollenbaugh and Charlene Hardman (Joe).
Memorial donations may be made to the family for the education of DuWayne's grandsons.
