She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hess and Zora Hess (Collins); her spouse Loy Malone; her brothers, Ronald Hess and Frank Hess; and her daughter-in-law Sheila Malone.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Malone of Kankakee, David Malone (Amanda) of Bonfield and Kevin Malone of Kankakee; her grandchildren, Brian Malone (Leslie), DJ Malone (Shyanne), Joseph Malone, Tiffany Zirkle (Shawn) and Brandon Malone; and her siblings, Sue Brundies (Bill) of Crete, Alta Sorenson (Butch) of Kankakee and Keith Hess (Carol) of Manteno. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
