He is survived by: his wife Stacie Blair; his children, Sabrina Eisele (Cameron) and Garrett Blair (Lexie); his grandchildren, Beau J Donald Blair and Blair Evelyn Eisele; his mother-in-law Judy Holdman; his siblings, Donna Blanton, Tammy Blair-Ohrt (Amy), Andy Williams (Kelly), Randy Gilmore (Stacy), Fred Lee (Shannon Whaley) and Jim Worrell (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Connie Blanton, Deborah Schiel (Eric), DJ Todd (Kenzi), Cassie Delya, Jenny Munsterman (Wayne LaMontagne), Diane Anderson (Jevon), Jasmyn Smith, Trenton Blair (Haley Smith), Trey Blair (Stefanie), Shaun Ohrt and Shaylee Montgomery; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Erica, Jaycee, Jayde, Jameisen, Jaiden, Jaxton, Ayla, Bry, Tatum and Karter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
