She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton McQuillin and Lillian McQuillin (Chinski). She is survived by: her significant other Greg Hoehne of Kankakee; her son Jason Michael; her daughter-in-law Heather Parks of St. Louis, MO; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Keith Salisbury of Crown Point, IN; her sisters, Sharon Gray of Columbus, OH, Gloria Depasquale of Bradley and Carol Hoffner of L'erable; her grandchildren, Brittany Coffelt (Blake), Collin Salisbury and Ryley Harsha (Gerald); her great grandchild Beckham Coffelt; and her former husband Donald Parks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
